Filet 

Cast iron seared bistro filet topped with cabernet demi-glace. Paired with truffle whipped potatoes and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus.

Chicken

Buttermilk fried chicken breast stuffed with pimento cheese topped with cheddar cream sauce. Paired with herb roasted potatoes and sautaeed haricots verts.

Vegetarian

Lightly battered and fried eggplant stuffed with house-made ricotta and mozzarella topped with vodka sauce. Paired with penne alla vodka.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is black tie optional. We would love to see men in a tuxedo or dark suit and women in floor-length dresses!

Are kids allowed?

We kindly request no children as this will be an adult only ceremony and reception. Use us as an excuse to enjoy a kid-free evening as we celebrate!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

You will know as soon as we do! The winter weather in NC is unpredictable and we're crossing our fingers for temperatures that will allow a comfortable outdoor ceremony. Both cocktail hour and the reception are indoors.
